Very large horse vans were moving in and  out of the Florida Horse Park this past weekend during Peter Green's  Ocala Horse Properties Horse Trials.  Leslie Law and Bruce and Buck  Davidson competed 14 horses between them, with Buck riding seven, Leslie  three and Bruce two.
Leslie  rode in three divisions, winning both the OTA division on Adirmo and the Open Preliminary B division on Kool Aldo, beating Buck Davidson and Park Trader by 5.80 penalty points.
As  for the Davidsons, Buck Davidson riding seven horses and Bruce two.  Of  the five divisions in which Buck rode, the most significant for Buck  had to be Open Preliminary A, in which he rode No More Rocks to beat his father, Bruce Davidson and Expensive Playmate  by 6.10 penalty points to win the division. Davidson senior finished the day in 5th and 9th places.
Also  having a busy horse trials, ending up in the winner's circle in Ocala,  was another perennial favorite Floridian Marcia Kulak. Marcia rode  three horses over the weekend - with Eclipse winning the OTB division.
